25% of the total Bill Amount to be paid at the time of Event Confirmation (not refundable)
Once received advance will not be refunded in case of any cancellation.
50% of the total Bill Amount to be paid at the time of Menu finalization.
Menu & No of Pax should be finalised before 7 days from the date of Function.
Changes in the Menu will not be allowed after confirmation. Out side food is strictly prohibited.
All the seasonal food and beverages items are subjected to availability.
Balance 25% of the total Amount to be paid on compleation of the event.
Please do not leave any valuables in the Halls, Management will not bear any responsibility.
Lunch Time Parties should conclude by 3.00 p.m.
Dinner Time Parties should conclude by 10.30 p.m.
Loss of Management properties should be beared by the parties individually.
For any Veg. & Non Veg. Items, Special Ice Creams and other items please do confirm the availability and the costs thereto.
Light Music & other entertainment programes can be conducted with prior permission of the management.
Additional Power Charges will be levied if additional hours used or additional musical instruments are used.
Taxes as applicable.
All disputes subject to Guntur Jurisdiction only.
Note: We Request the Hon'ble guests to look after and take care of the ornaments wore by their Children. Management will not bear any responsiblity in loss of such items.
